Age restriction 

If you are an external user registering in the platform, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on specific resources based on Creative-Common licenses, you agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of OSGES, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute OSGES’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.  

You grant OSGES permission to display and use the content you upload and publish in the realm of the instructional use it is intended for. It is your responsibility to avoid uploading any resource that may represent an infringement of any intellectual property rights of third parties or for which you intend to claim commercial intellectual property rights. For potential issues or questions regarding intellectual property claims, you must always contact the OSGES before uploading any content.

Disputes 

Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website shall be arbitrated by Belgian court and you consent to exclusive authority and venue of such courts. 

Limitation on liability 

OSGES is not liable for any damage that may occur to you because of your misuse of the platform, beyond any necessary guarantees applicable by existing law. 

The OSGES reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement. We shall let our users know of these changes through the electronic mail provided on the platform or other electronic means. This Agreement is an understanding between the OSGES and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of the platform.
