Users with functional email addresses
For users that normally use a functional email address, some access problems are documented, as the functional email address maybe set up by default in the SSO session.
If this is the case, as you need to access the platform using your personal email address, if you encounter problems:
- Open a "New in-private window" instead of a normal session in your browser. This prevents the cached sessions to be active.
- Access the platform from the private window using your personal account.
