In this Webinar, Elita Račiņa, Secondary Cycle Inspector for the European Schools from Latvia and Chair of the Board of Secondary Cycle Inspectors during the Latvian Presidency (2025/2026), will explore how Mission & Vision principles can be meaningfully developed and implemented within schools and classrooms.

The session will introduce the terminology and core principles behind the Mission and Vision document and provide practical strategies for activating these ideas at both school and classroom levels. Through shared practice and collaborative activities, participants will develop a clearer and more unified understanding of the Mission, Values, Vision and Development Pillars, while also experimenting with practical classroom approaches that can be directly applied in their own teaching contexts.

The webinar will combine theoretical input, real examples, individual and group interactive tasks, and a short quiz at the end of the session.
